I’m gearing up to man a stall at the Creative Cairngorms craft fair at the Cairngorm Hotel in Aviemore this weekend – just in time for the start of Christmas shopping.

I’m delighted to be going – I used to travel all around the country selling jewellery at craft fairs and locally through the Cairngorms Farmers Markets before I started teaching. It was great fun visiting new places and blethering to people about my work.

It’s the Scottish wildlife mugs that’ll be on offer this weekend. I’ll have the beer steins, espresso cups and saucers, and a few latte mugs on sale – perfect for Christmas presents!

The sale is open on:

Saturday November 21 – 9am-5pm

Sunday November 22 – 10am-5pm.

There’ll also be beautiful craft on sale from other members of the Creative Cairngorms group.
