Just set up for the first time at Castle Fraser. Open 24 and 25 November from 10am-4pm. It is a wonderful fair in a stunning venue, with such a lot of good stuff for sale.
If you’re through this way it’s well worth a visit.
It’s always a pleasure to get the chance to exhibit paintings further afield so I’m delighted that some of my fishy paintings will be at the annual Strathpeffer Art Fair.
The show started today (Thursday November 23) and runs until Sunday. This is a huge exhibition and sale taking place at the village’s lovely Victorian pavilion. It’s my second year taking part alongside scores of Highland artists and I can thoroughly recommend it for a visit.
Opening hours are:
Friday 24th Nov – 10am-8pm
Saturday 25th Nov – 10am-6pm
Sunday 26th Nov – 10am-2pm
And because your Christmas shopping missions continue for a few more weeks, I’ll be at Castle Fraser, Inverurie, on Saturday and Sunday with the Exclusively Highlands event. More information here.
And for good measure, I’ll also be represented at a wee fair closer to home, at The Pagoda in Grantown. This event runs on Sunday only, 10am-2pm. Got a wee helper going along!
Summer’s definitely over – there’s a chill in the air again. But with Christmas round the corner (how did that happen?), I’m heading to more Exclusively Highlands craft fairs in the next couple of months.
First up, this weekend I’m off to Drum Castle, near Banchory. Never been here before but it looks like a fantastic setting in the middle of Aberdeenshire. The craft fair is on October 7 and 8.
And to round off 2017, I’ll be at Eden Court for the final EH craft fair before Christmas on December 8-10.
Looking forward to seeing some of you there!
This year is going to be a busy one for Angus Grant Art. I’ve recently had confirmation of a host of dates for craft fairs and a couple of exhibitions.
I’ll be travelling the north with Exclusively Highlands and also heading into new regions to exhibit my paintings with Art Aboyne. And I’m back at The Iona Gallery in Kingussie in the summer, for a joint exhibition with well-known painter, and my former art teacher, Campbell Bryson.
But stay posted for more events and shows – I’ve got more plans to fill up the year!
Just about ready to go at Eden Court Theatre… the mugs are out and the sun is shining on the Exclusively Highlands Craft Fair.
Angus Grant Art can be found in the Bishop’s Palace: you might see us through the window as you go in the main door.
Go right as you enter the lobby and keep going up the slope and then through the doors on right beside the fudge stall and right again into our cosy room of craft.
Doors open today from 12pm to 8pm… A chance for late night shopping?
We’re also here Saturday and Sunday.
Hope to see you soon!
