I’ve been quietly working on new projects for the past few weeks.

First, my new Loch Morlich paintings are on show at the Old Post Office Cafe Gallery at Kincraig.

It’s lovely to be able to have a summer show again and this is a lovely wee venue, run by the well-known artist Ann Vastano and her family. If you’re going through Kincraig, pop in for a look and a slice of delicious cake.

Second up is my return to the Cairngorms Farmers Markets. These events are held in Badenoch and Strathspey and beyond and I’ll be attending the ones in Grantown-on-Spey and Kingussie.

I was at the very first market to be held in Kingussie last month and it was wonderful to see the community come out to support everyone. It was a real social occasion for residents and visitors enjoyed the event as well. I am looking forward to being back on this circuit in the latter half of the year.

It’s a great chance to try out some new products – and that’s exactly what I’ll be doing.

As well as my ArTea mugs and coasters, I’ve got some other products that I’ve been working on during the last few weeks. I’ll tell you more about these in a later blog so until then, come along to the markets to find out more!

The full list of my markets is on my Events page so if you miss it this time, there’ll be plenty more chances.
